Assists users in determining which NCDXF/IARU Beacon is transmitting.
After synchronizing your computer to a NIST time standard for accuracy you can then tell
which beacon is transmitting based on it's allocated time slice. A full cycle is 3 minutes long. Each
beacon station gets a 10 second time slice. This program shows which beacon's time slice is active. The
program also obtains each beacon's status from
http://ncdxf.org/beacon/beaconschedule.html so inactive
beacons are automatically greyed out.
